Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover your use of gottavia.living and the services offered through it by Gottavia Heating & Air. When you use this site, phone the number on it or submit a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What the Service Is

Gottavia Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. It connects homeowners with independent HVAC providers. It does not do heating, cooling, repair, maintenance or installation work. It is also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Are Independent

The providers you reach are independent businesses. Each one alone is responsible for its estimates, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, equipment, warranties, licensing, insurance and conduct. Gottavia Heating & Air does not employ, supervise or control them. It also makes no promise about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials. Ask for proof of insurance. Get a written estimate.

General Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, safety or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and they are not quotes. Comments on efficiency are general and promise no level of energy savings. Confirm details with a qualified provider.
